Do We Collect Information from Minors

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from or market to persons under the age of majority in their state or province of residence.  By using the Website, the Program or our services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If we learn that personal information from users less than the age of majority in their state or province of residence has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we are required to follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
