Thank you for visiting our wholesale terms and conditions. By using this page, you are accepting the terms and conditions described below. These terms and conditions may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply on a going forward, not retroactive basis. You are encouraged to review these terms and conditions whenever you make an order from Revitin to make sure that you understand the terms and conditions you are bound by.
Any violation of these terms and conditions as determined by Revitin in its sole, complete and final discretion may, in Revitin’s sole, complete and final discretion, result in the suspension or termination of your authority to sell Products. Revitin reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
You may only use logos, fonts and product information that have been approved in writing by Revitin. To ensure brand consistency and control, only approved imagery will be permitted. Absolutely no customization will be permitted unless approved in writing by Revitin.
You may only use product imagery that has been approved by Revitin in writing. Revitin may, from time to time, provide high resolution, quality images of Revitin branded products (“Products”) for use. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use your own photographs or images without prior written approval from Revitin.
You may not sell, lease or otherwise transfer consumer data/lists or other information related to consumers who purchase Products (“Consumers”) received from Revitin to any other person or entity. We protect our customer privacy and expect you to do the same.
You may not suggest or imply that any marketing used or paid for by you is in any way related to the official Revitin website(s) owned and operated by Revitin. Further, you must not inaccurately describe the quantity of Revitin inventory, the pricing of Products, or the Revitin shopping experience, on any marketing used, paid for or associated with you.
All returns must be handled by you. Consumers must return Products directly to you, and not to Revitin.
You must place accurate Product descriptions in locations where you sell the Products. Your description of our Products must be consistent with our descriptions. You are not permitted to make any statements or claims concerning the Products that deviate from the statements and claims that we make concerning the Products. Consistency in the descriptions of our Products is critical for customer product knowledge and recognition and to ensure they purchase the right product for their needs.
You must ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all Product related material included in any locations where you sell the Products. From time to time, we may provide you updates of Products and related information. It is your responsibility to include these updates wherever you sell the Products in a timely fashion.
You must have a physical street address and a landline telephone number for contact by Consumers. Post office boxes and mobile telephone numbers are not sufficient.
You must display your policies and procedures for customer returns, refunds and exchanges in any location where you sell the Products. The persons selling the Products must make clear that: (a) you, and not Revitin, is making the sale to the Consumer and (b) the terms and conditions directly and indirectly applying to returns, refunds and exchanges by Consumers are yours, and not Revitin’s. You must provide your own facilities and personnel to address and resolve all Product exchange, refund or return requirements.
You must copy and distribute these terms and conditions to each of your employees who are involved in sales of Products. You must establish policies and procedures that will ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and must take affirmative steps to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. Revitin shall have the sole, complete and final discretion to decide whether the content of a particular website, advertisement, sponsored link or on-line marketing violates these terms and conditions.
You may not market, sell or otherwise promote any Products through any website other than websites that have been approved in writing by Revitin. Sales through any website that is not approved by Revitin is a material breach of these Online Terms, and may result in the immediate termination of your right to sell, market and distribute the Products, at Revitin’s sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, you may not sell through any third-party websites such as amazon.com, ebay.com, or other similar websites.
If, and only if, Revitin allows you to conduct online sales of Products, then the following terms shall also apply. For the avoidance of doubt, it shall be a violation of these terms and conditions to conduct any online sales or marketing without Revitin’s express permission.
All outbound email campaigns must be pre-approved by Revitin in writing. It is important to us that we maintain consistent and tasteful messaging across all brand touch points. Accordingly, you may not undertake any email campaign involving any of our Products or the Revitin brand without our prior written approval.
You may not advertise Products at below the prices detailed on our website). We believe that advertising Products at prices below our advertised prices is inconsistent with, and may be damaging to, our brand image.
You may ship Product only within the contiguous United States. To ensure product and shipping regulatory standards are met in international locations, you are not permitted to distribute any Product outside of the contiguous United States.
You may not advertise Product by using search engine advertisements or banner advertisements featuring the Revitin brand logo or Product images. This form of advertising and marketing is inconsistent with our marketing and advertising methods and could dilute our brand image.
You must not partner with any third party that uses adware, spyware or other software to engage in pop-up or pop-under advertising and/or generating non-user initiated activity (e.g., forced clicks or redirects). Pop-up or pop-under advertising and/or non-user initiated activity that is based on keyword searches, textual triggers, or screen-scraping associated with any Revitin trademark used or owned by Revitin or any common misspelling or confusingly similar trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Revitin reserves the right to purchase search listings based on the Revitin product name. We reserve the right to own the top search for all terms related to Revitin and Revitin.com.
You may not incorporate “Revitin” or any derivation of “Revitin” into your primary URL. Revitin protects its intellectual property and will not permit any dilution of its brand name or confusion that may result from such a use. For the avoidance of doubt, “Revitin” or a derivation of “Revitin” may appear in the text to the right of your “.com/” extension.
If website sales are allowed by your website may not include any content or images that we believe are distasteful, controversial or otherwise damaging to our brand reputation. Our customers' perceptions of our brand and product image is everything! We reserve the right to not supply any person or entity if their online marketing practices could negatively reflect upon our brand or Products.
If website sales are allowed by Revitin, you must provide the capability for Consumers to place their orders fully and completely through your website. You must not require Consumers to use telephone calls, faxes and/or hard-copy correspondence to complete their orders nor permit orders to be fulfilled only through telephone calls, faxes and/or hard copy correspondence.
If website sales are allowed by Revitin, your website must be a secure site for customer transactions.
If website sales are allowed by Revitin, you must have a mechanism in place for confirming to the ordering Consumer each order placed through your website and when each order was shipped to the destination designated by the ordering Consumer.
